<image:title>Approach - Our philosophy.</image:title>
<image:caption>When you choose Jordan Spine & Rehab Center for your care, rest assured you will be getting the care you need. No more, no less. We place extreme emphasis on properly diagnosing patients and using research-backed techniques that you can’t find anywhere else in Bloomington-Normal. After you’re feeling better, the next goal is to keep you feeling better, working to prevent future issues that may occur. Whether you’re experiencing pain, discomfort during your pregnancy, need postpartum rehabilitation, or have a little one that has a developmental delay, we see it as our job to help. Plain and simple.</image:caption>

<image:title>Approach - Prenatal Care.</image:title>
<image:caption>The goal with chiropractic care in pregnancy is to remove joint restrictions, keep the hips/low back/pelvis stabilized to avoid pain, and to help remove asymmetrical muscle tightness to facilitate a hospitable environment for baby. Dr. Jordan has done extensive training in women’s health and prenatal care. Whether you’re planning a vaginal delivery, experiencing some pain, wanting to seek care preventatively, or have a baby that just won’t turn - you’re in good hands here!</image:caption>

<image:title>Approach - Pediatric Care.</image:title>
<image:caption>It has been proven that seven out of ten babies develop correctly. The other three out of ten babies are missing things like rolling to both sides, crawling, cruising, and so on. The issue with this is that once a developmental milestone is missed, it has ramifications on joint structure, muscle development, and future motor patterns. Dr. Jordan has completed hundreds and hundreds of hours of additional training in pediatric motor development and what patterns need to be followed and why each milestone is important! It isn’t just rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking- there is so much more to it! So, yes, Dr. Jordan will feel for joint restrictions on your child. However, babies rarely have them. Most often, she will be doing rehabilitation techniques with your kiddo to make sure the development is on track!</image:caption>

<image:title>Approach - Postpartum Care.</image:title>
<image:caption>Peeing yourself and/or pain “down there” isn’t normal. Common, yes. Normal, definitely not! Dr. Jordan has completed all-encompassing training in the pelvic floor and how to rehabilitate this area after carrying or delivering a baby. All pelvic floor work in our office is external- but we have referrals in place to do internal work if you need it! This is a completely new take on pelvic floor work in the Bloomington-Normal area. Dr. Jordan can’t wait to help you!</image:caption>

<image:title>Approach - Weekend Warrior Care.</image:title>
<image:caption>Pain is your body’s way of telling you something isn’t quite right. Maybe your knee pain is actually a problem with your hip, foot, or low back. Maybe your shoulder pain is coming from the muscles around the shoulder being too weak. So, whether you’re a marathon runner or just trying to spend time chasing after your grandkids, Dr. Jordan has the tools for you!</image:caption>
